Tara has worked in healthcare for 15 years bringing new healthcare models to scale in virtual care, social determinants of health, and AI. Before starting Givers Health, she led technology strategy and partnerships at Kaiser Permanente. In this role she saw how critical family and home caregivers were to keeping people in their communities, and how deeply healthcare organizations rely on this societal backbone. Prior to Kaiser, Tara worked in management consulting and with SaaS and startup companies. She has an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BA from Northwestern University.

Tara started Givers Health so healthcare and home-based caregivers can partner together to keep loved ones in the community without sacrificing the wellbeing and livelihood of family caregivers. In this role Tara has become an expert on family caregivers, the home & community based workforce, and caregiving policies. She has lived experience as a caregiver and care recipient. She lives in Oakland with her husband and 3 kids, while also supporting aging parents.

Jenny is a mission-driven operator bringing 16+ years of experience building relationships across health care, workforce development, technology, and finance spaces. She has led and operationalized strategic initiatives with Every Mother Counts, CVS/Health Aetna, Kaiser Permanente, Upwardly Global, and Clinton Health Access Initiative. Jenny's experiences - growing up with grandparents who took care of her and her parents becoming caregivers to their parents - inspire her work at Givers Health. Jenny earned a Master of Public Health and MBA from UC Berkeley and Bachelor of Science from the University of Virginia. She lives in northeast Los Angeles with her husband, daughter, and senior dog.

Rebecca joined Givers Health in 2023 as Vice President of Clinical Operations and Caregiver Learning. A dual board-certified expert in Hospice and Palliative Care nursing, as well as Gerontology nursing, Rebecca is a dedicated educational leader with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). Since discovering at age 17 that nursing was her calling, she has been committed to equipping caregivers, patients, and future healthcare professionals through expert communication and training. She has extensive experience supporting vulnerable populations within diverse cultural frameworks across the United States and internationally. A lifelong musician, Rebecca credits teaching piano lessons for shaping her ability to connect with and educate others effectively.

Vincent brings over 15 years of experience to Givers Health, in building software, startups, and in leading thoughtful and collaborative engineering teams. Vincent is passionate about working on great products that help people, with prior experience at Square and One Medical. His lived experiences around himself and his family caring for their aging relatives, along with hearing countless other stories, brought him to the mission of Givers Health.
